Leather flight jackets are becoming increasingly popular with travellers and they are now being made from diamond.
According to the latest news reports, the US company Diamond-Tek recently unveiled the first leather flight jackets that are made from the precious metal rhinestones, making them the first products made from diamonds.
The jackets, which have been designed with leather in mind, are priced between $1,000 and $2,000 each.
Diamond-Tec, which has been producing leather flight-style jackets since 2015, has previously created flight jackets using rhinoliths made from gold, silver and platinum.
According the company, rhinosaurs are the most abundant living fossils on Earth, and have an incredible amount of fossilised bone and skin.
The leather jackets are also made with natural materials such as recycled paper, cotton and even animal hair.
Diamond has said that the leather jacket will be made from recycled paper and animal hair, and will be available in different sizes.
The leather jackets will feature an exclusive leather patch, and are expected to be available from the end of this year.
